I'll get back with you as soon as possible.   I meet with each client for 1 hour at no charge to discuss the extent of the web presence you want to achieve.  If you choose to proceed, I'll provide a quote which describes each of our responsibilities based upon the scope of work we discussed. 

If you accept the quote, I'll send out a contract and a confidentiality agreement which must be signed and returned with 50% deposit.  At that time I'll schedule another meeting to discuss your business strategy, target market (customers) and assign responsibilities

NOTE:  I require a confidentiality agreement from all clients.  A confidentiality agreement is intended to prevent either of us from discussing any proprietary information that will have to be shared during the planning, design, development, optimization and marketing of your web site and business.  Obviously we'll be discussing your marketing strategy and I consider that proprietary information.
